Green, J.:

Gregory Lundquist appeals his convictions by a juiy of possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and felony obstruction of official duty. On appeal, Lundquist contends that the trial court improperly instructed the jury on the elements of possession of marijuana. We disagree and affirm. In addition, Lundquist maintains that his convictions for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia were multiplicitous. We disagree and affirm.
