CRANDALL, Chief Judge.

Defendant, Edward Hudgins, appeals from his convictions of capital murder for *666the murder of Martha Fields and of second degree murder for the murder of Ms. Fields’ six-year-old son, Charles Berry. He was sentenced, respectively, to concurrent sentences of life imprisonment without possibility of parole for 50 years and of life imprisonment. We affirm.
