Stallman, J.), entered February 19, 2010, which denied the petition seeking, inter alia, to annul the determination of respondent New York City Department of Buildings (DOB) denying petitioner’s application for a master fire suppression piping contractor’s license and dismissed the proceeding brought pursuant to CPLR article 78, unanimously affirmed, without costs.
