In an action by a passenger on defendant’s train to recover damages for personal injuries sustained by her while alighting therefrom, defendant appeals from a judgment of the City Court of Mount Vernon, entered April 1, 1960, in favor of plaintiff upon the decision of the court, after a nonjury trial. Plaintiff alleges that while descending the steps of the car in which she had been riding, she slipped due to an aecumu*543lation of snow and ice on the steps.
