Barry Engrav, proceeding pro se, appeals the order of the District Court of the Third Judicial District, Granite County, denying his request for records of the Granite County Sheriff’s Department. Appellant requested records of the daily log of phone calls, case files of criminal investigations, pre-employment investigations, and lists of arrested persons.
