This was a bill filed by appellant, to enjoin a sale of certain real estate situated'in East St. Louis, under a deed of trust, and to have it declared a cloud on complainant’s title.

The material facts of the case are, that the Illinois and St. Louis Bridge Company, after it had commenced erecting the bridge, issued its bonds for money borrowed, and gave a deed of trust on the bridge and its approaches, right of way, etc., to secure the same.
