SMITH, Circuit Judge.

Alonzo F. Ellerman was found guilty of conspiracy to distribute 500 grams or more of methamphetamine (count one) and being a felon in possession of a firearm (count two). He was sentenced 1 to 360 months on count one and 120 months on count two, with the sentences to run concurrently. On appeal, Ellerman raises five arguments challenging his conviction on count one and his sentence.
