David R. Lawson appeals his conviction for bank robbery in the United States District Court for the Western District of New York, John T. Curtin, Chief Judge, after a jury trial. Appellant was sentenced on three counts to concurrent prison terms of 12 years, 10 years and 12 years, respectively.
