Nebraska Advance Sheets 356 289 NEBRASKA REPORTS None of the proposed allegations called into question Fernando-Granados’ fault or culpability. Therefore, we find that, given the great weight of the evidence against Fernando- Granados, there was no ineffective assistance of counsel because there was no prejudice to Fernando-Granados’ case. CONCLUSION The trial court did not err in denying Fernando-Granados an evidentiary hearing because, given the great weight of the evidence against him, even finding the allegations true would not have been prejudicial to Fernando-Granados’ case.
