On December 13, 1943, plaintiff, Mark Farrell, instituted in the court of claims this suit wherein, in addition to other relief, he sought to recover salary which he alleges is due and unpaid to him between January 1, 1940, and November 30, 1943. Plaintiff claims from January 1, 1940, to July 16, 1940, he received at the rate of $150 per month $975, but that he shbuld have been paid $1,852.50; that from July 16, 1940, to December 31, 1940, he received at the rate of $200 per month $1,100, but that he should have received ‘$1,567.50 ; and from January 1, 1941 to November 30, 1943, he received…
