Appeal from District Oourt, .Wichita County; H. E. Weldon, Judge. Suit by Anderson & Patterson against W. S. Curlee. Judgment for plaintiffs, and defendant appeals.

By deed dated March 4, 1909, J. A. Kemp and Eliza Kempner sold to H. R. Kuehn a tract of land in Wichita county, in part consideration for which the purchaser executed ten promissory notes, secured by a vendor’s lien on the land, each for the sum of $289.80, one of said notes maturing one year after date, and one becoming due each year thereafter. On December 14, 1912, Kuehn executed to Jack E.
