This bill is filed by the complainant, as the assignee in bankruptcy of Godfrey Beaumont The facts before the court, so far as it is necessary to notice them, are — that in 1842, the bankrupt Beaumont was possessed of an equitable interest in certain valuable real estate, described in the bill; and in connection with his two sons, constituting the firm of J.
