Appeals by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Vinik, J.), rendered June 4, 1984, convicting him of manslaughter in the first degree and criminally negligent homicide, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence. The appeal brings up review the denial, after a hearing, of that branch of the defendant’s omnibus motion which was to suppress certain statements made to police officers.
Judgment affirmed.
