This is the Commonwealth’s appeal from the refusal of the register of wills to revoke letters of administration granted on the petition of the principal creditor. The essential facts are not in dispute.

Decedent died intestate March 3, 1958, without leaving any surviving next of kin within the limits of section 3 of the Intestate Act of April 24,1947, P. L. 80, 20 PS §1.3.
