About the time the First National Bank of Arlington, Or., sued out the attachment against Cecil, Robinson, the defendant in error, sued out an attachment in the same county against one L. D. Hoy and one Charles Butler, as partners under the firm name of Hoy & Butler, for a sum in excess of the amount for which the bank sued Cecil, and caused a garnishment to be served on the First Rational Bank of Arlington.
