—Cross appeal unanimously dismissed, order reversed on the law without costs and matter remitted to Supreme Court for further proceedings on petition. Memorandum: We agree with Supreme Court that verification by one of the petitioners was sufficient (see, Matter of Glowacki v Smolinski, 89 AD2d 1053, lv denied 57 NY2d 605).
