THE COURT.
A hearing was granted in this case, on petitions of both plaintiff and defendant Archer, after decision by the District Court of Appeal, Fourth Appellate District. We now adopt, as part of our decision, the following portions of the opinion rendered therein by Mr. Justice pro tern. Morton.
