American National Bank and Trust of Chicago, as trustee of land trust number 107796-01, and for the beneficial owner of the land trust that owns the property involved in this case, filed a three-count complaint against the Regional Transit Authority and Metra (collectively, “RTA”) relating to the RTA’s renovation of the LaSalle Street Station in downtown Chicago.
