MEMORANDUM OPINION
BEATY, District Judge.
I. INTRODUCTION
This matter is currently before the Court on Defendant Inmar Enterprises, Inc. and Defendant Carolina Coupon Clearing, Inc.’s (collectively, “Defendants”) Motion for Summary Judgment [Document # 14] as to Plaintiffs claim of age discrimination pursuant to the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, 29 U.S.C. § 621, et seq. (the “ADEA”) and Plaintiffs claim of wrongful termination in violation of North Carolina public policy. Defendants also seek summary judgment in their favor on their North Carolina state law counterclaim for conversion.…
