OPINION
JIM R. WRIGHT, Chief Justice.
The jury convicted Charles David Whitehead of retaliation and assessed his punishment at fifteen years confinement and a fine of $10,000. We affirm.
On April 24, 2000, appellant pleaded guilty to the offense of indecency with a child. The trial court sentenced him to four years confinement but suspended the imposition of that sentence and placed appellant on community supervision for four years.
