While unrelated cases, the above-captioned matters deal with virtually identical issues and will be addressed in one Opinion.

In the Kreidler and Kozak matters, pending for my review are Motions for Determination of Final Cure and Payment of All PosU-Petition Payments filed by the Debtor(s), under Federal Rule of Bankruptcy Procedure 3002.1(h).
