This is an appeal from a judgment in favor of appellee, Palmer Building Supplies & Specialties, Inc., in a consolidated suit on sworn account against appellant, Blackmon & Assoc., Inc., the foreclosure of a materialman’s lien on certain lands in the City of Mercedes, Texas, owned by La Merced Charitable Trust, and the foreclosure of a materialman’s lien on certain lands in the City of Mission, Texas, owned by El Rosario Charitable Trust.
