Three partners of the Ponce De Leon Company were expelled by the remaining four partners. Following mutual petitions for declaratory judgment filed by the plaintiffs (four “remaining” partners) and defendants (three “withdrawing” partners), the trial court entered judgment declaring essentially that the partnership agreement is unambiguous and does not require interpretation or jury deliberation; that the three withdrawing partners (defendants) were properly expelled; that the partnership agreement gives the four remaining partners (plaintiffs) the right and duty to liquidate…
