An instrument of writing, purporting to he the last will and testament of Paschal Mills, deceased, was filed in the county court of DeWitt county, and upon proof heard an order was made by the court admitting the will to probate. From this order an appeal was prosecuted to the circuit court, where, upon a hearing, the decision of the county court was reversed, and probate of the will refused. The bill in this case was filed by Edwin Wild, who was named as executor in the will, for the purpose of proving and establishing the will in a court of equity, and the sole question presented is,…
