Appeal from a decision of the Workers’ Compensation Board, filed April 28, 2004, which ruled, inter alia, that claimant voluntarily withdrew from the labor market and denied her claim for workers’ compensation benefits.

Claimant sustained a work-related injury to her back that was ultimately found to be a permanent partial disability and, after a brief return to work, she retired.
