Suit was for breach of contract by an employee against the employer corporation. Plaintiff Patterson, appellant here, charged that prior to 21 August 1969 he was an employee of Page Aircraft Maintenance, Incorporated, for several years at Fort Rucker as a lead armament mechanic.
