DECISION

Plaintiff Alfred R. Ferretti, Jr. ("Ferretti") brings this Petition for Stay of Suspension Without Pay pursuant to G.L. 1956 § 42-28.6-13(d). Defendant Town of Coventry ("Town") objects to this petition.
