POLLOCK, District Judge.
This action was brought by Nathan B. Williams, as informer, to recover from defendant, the Wells Fargo & Co. Express, a penalty of S150. The manner in which it is claimed defendant violated the law, and subjected itself to the payment of this penalty sought to be recovered, as charged in the information, is as follows:
