Appeal from an order of the circuit court of St. Charles County dismissing an appeal from .an order of the probate court allowing the claim of claimant-respondent Ruby Itali-ano against a certain estate then before it. The probate court allowed the claim on August 12, 1977, and executor-appellant *260filed his affidavit of appeal and designation of record with the probate court on September 9, 1977.
