This is an ejectment suit involving parts of a large tract of land containing ten thousand acres, more or less, known as the Herbert Domain, on which the State maintains a state institution. The bill named as defendants W. F 1 . and John Seals. Later John A. Seals intervened by petition and was permitted to become a defendant. The Chancellor found and decreed in favor of the State of *16111168866, complainant, and both the original defendants and' the intervening defendant have appealed to this court.
