Plaintiff Lawanna Steenblik sued Zephor Planning Corporation, a financial planning company through which she invested and lost her life savings, and four individuals connected with Zephor in various capacities. Appellant Aaron Lichfield was Zephor’s vice-president and a director. He was also a financial planner. The other individual defendants were Robert I.
