Appellant was charged in an Amended Information filed in the Circuit Court of the City of St. Louis on January 29, 1973, with the following offenses: Count I, Attempted Robbery in the First Degree by Means of a Dangerous and Deadly Weapon; Count II, Assault with Intent to Kill with Malice Aforethought one Tommy Franklin; and Count III, Assault with Intent to Kill with Malice Aforethought one Thomas King.
