ORDER

This attorney disciplinary matter is before the Court pursuant to a decision and recommendation of the Supreme Court *384Disciplinary Board (board) that the respondent, Kyle Rocha (respondent), be suspended from the practice of law. Article III, Rule 6(d) of the Supreme Court Rules of Disciplinary Procedure provides in pertinent part:
