[1] The extended litigation between these parties demands as complete determination as the facts and law will permit. The contents of the pleadings, which include general prayers for relief, afford full opportunity for the exercise of equitable powers. Under the admitted facts John Johnstone is the only defendant appellant having a real interest involved, so his rights and those of the appellee will be examined.
