Appellant, Peter Frederick Wisser, appeals from the trial court’s order revoking his probation and sentencing him to eight years’ confinement. We affirm.

BACKGROUND

In 1984, a Bexar County jury convicted appellant of burglary of a habitation with intent to commit rape and assessed a $10,000 fine and ten years’ confinement. Upon the jury’s recommendation, the trial court suspended appellant’s sentence and assessed ten years’ probation, during which appellant would be permitted to reside in Dallas County and report to a Dallas County probation…
