Cabana Partners, LLC ("Cabana Partners") appeals a final judgment granting Citizens Bank & Trust Company's ("Citizens Bank") motion for summary judgment. For the reasons that follow, we affirm.
FACTS AND PROCEDURAL HISTORY
Cabana Partners is a limited liability company organized under the laws of Louisiana. On or about February 16, 2011, Cabana Partners created an operating checking account called the Cabana Account at Citizens Bank.
