(“ESAB”), and the Lincoln Electric Company (“Lincoln”) (collectively, the “Manufacturers”) appeal the jury verdict and judgment in favor of Robert and Donna Jowers (collectively, “Jowers”) on Jowers’ failure-to-warn claim under Mississippi law.
