The plaintiff, Juleah Co. (Juleah), a New York limited partnership, is the lessee under a ground lease for real property with the buildings and improvements thereon consisting of 381 residential apartments known as the Roslyn Garden Apartments located within the corporate limits of the defendant, Incorporated Village of Roslyn (Village).
