Appellee instituted this suit in the first division of the Chancery Court, of Union County, on June 27, 1923, against appellant, to cancel the plat of Triangle Subdivision of Bl Dorado which had been duly filed on March 15,1923, and recorded on June 9,1923, in the circuit clerk’s office of Union County, Arkansas.
