These cases are consolidated for disposition in that the issues in*604volved in all four cases are identical and we have found that our disposition in all four cases must be the same.

These matters come before the court on petition by the Commonwealth for the forfeiture of the four named vehicles in accordance with The Controlled Substance, Drug, Device and Cosmetic Act of April 14, 1972, P.L. 233, sec. 28, 35 P.S. §780-128(a)(4).
