Petitioners, Armstrong Tire and Rubber Company (employer) and Liberty Mutual Insurance Company (insurance carrier), appeal from a decision on judicial review affirming the commissioner’s award of workers’ compensation benefits to respondent-claimant, Wayne F. Kubli, for the aggravation of a pre-existing back disease resulting from his employment.
