Plaintiff Monarch Insurance Company filed suit in this court seeking a declaratory judgment to determine its liability under an aviation insurance policy. Pending before the court are cross motions for summary judgment. The first motion was filed by Plaintiff Monarch Insurance Company, joined by Plaintiff-intervenor United States Fire Insurance Company.1 Defendant Po-lytech Industries, Inc., the policyholder, filed a cross motion for summary judgment jointly with defendants Gerald S.
