DeBRULER, Justice.

This is a direct appeal from two convictions for murder, LLC. § 35-42-1-1, and a conviction for burglary, 1.0. § 35-48-2-1. A jury returned verdicts of guilty on all counts. The jury also recommended a death sentence. Appellant received a death sentence for the murder. 1.0. § 85-50-2-9. There is no record before the court showing that a sentence for burglary was given.
