Introduction
This cause is before the court on Defendant Conseco Finance Corp. — Alabama’s Motion to Compel Arbitration, filed on June 13, 2002. (Doc. # 6) The Plaintiff originally filed this civil action in the Circuit Court for Tallapoosa County, Alabama, on May 13, 2002.
