MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

This matter is before the Court on plaintiff, Missouri Department of Mental Health’s Petition for Objection to Discharge of Debt. Plaintiff prays in two counts. First, debtor/defendant, Mary Lee Ship-man, received money by means of a Work-Study Leave Program with the Department of Mental Health which constitutes an educational loan which should not be discharged based on section 523(a)(8) of the Bankruptcy Code.
