Appeal from a decision of the Workers’ Compensation Board, filed April 27, 2015, which ruled that claimant violated Workers’ Compensation Law § 114-a and disqualified her from receiving further workers’ compensation benefits.

In April 2013, claimant suffered work-related injuries to her back and neck in a motor vehicle accident and was awarded workers’ compensation benefits.
