Syllabus Convicted, after a jury trial, of burglary in the first degree, criminal mischief in the first degree, and threatening in the second degree, among other crimes, the defendant appealed. The defendant had contacted his brother, A, and told A that he was coming to A’s residence despite A’s contrary wishes. The defendant thereafter unlawfully entered A’s residence.
