Appeal from County Court, Tulsa County; H. L. Standeven, Judge. B. W. Bowdry was convicted of the crime of unlawful possession of intoxicating liquors, arid sentenced to pay a fine of $200, and to serve 90 days in the county jail and he appealed.

This is an appeal from the county court of Tulsá county, wherein the defendant, B. W. Bowdry, was convicted of the crime of unlawful possession of intoxicating liquors in the county court of Tulsa county, and judgment rendered on the 22d day of September, of Tulsa county, and judgment rendered on the 2d day of September, to the county jail for a period of 90 days.
