OPINION AND ORDER

This matter comes before the Court on the motion of Defendant I.C. Optics S.p.A. (“ICO SpA”) to dismiss Plaintiff Thomas Seltzer’s complaint against it pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(2) for lack of personal jurisdiction. Seltzer commenced this action in the Essex County Superior Court following the termination of his employment at ICO SpA’s New Jersey subsidiary, I.C. Optics Ltd. (“ICO Ltd.”) It was removed to this Court on April 8, 2003. The motion is resolved without oral argument. Fed.R.Civ.P. 78. For the reasons stated herein,…
