DANAHER, Circuit Judge.
Appellant asked the District Court to-restrain the Commissioner of Patents from cancelling its Trade-Mark Registration No. 557,776 of “Nylonized” for women’s nylon hosiery, issued on April 15, 1952, and its Service Mark Registration No. 557,443 of “Nylonized” for the finishing of nylon and other woven and knit fabrics by applying an emulsified nylon finishing coat thereon, issued on April 8, 1952.
